Questions
Asked before we start
A few practical things to know before discussing your workflow.
Still have a question?
Let’s talkWho does the work?
PLVGIN is founder-led. The founder leads discovery, solution design, implementation, and delivery.
How is a project scoped?
The workflow, deliverables, dependencies, access, and acceptance criteria are agreed before implementation. Pricing and timing are set around that scope.
Can you improve an existing system?
Yes. The starting point can be an existing Zoho setup, a broken handoff, an integration, or a repetitive operational task.
What should I share first?
Describe the current process, the tools involved, who uses them, and the outcome you need. Avoid sending credentials or confidential records in the initial inquiry.
Can we work remotely?
Projects can be delivered remotely. Communication channels and meeting-time overlap are agreed at the start.
Do I need to know which technology to use?
No. We can begin with the business problem and decide whether rules, integration, AI, or a simpler process is the appropriate next step.
Will everything need AI?
No. Structured tasks with clear rules often suit conventional automation. AI is useful where interpretation or unstructured information is part of the task.
How are exceptions handled?
The design should make missing information, failed requests, retries, and escalation paths explicit. Important decisions can remain with a person.
How are outcomes measured?
Agree on a relevant baseline and acceptance criteria. Choose a measure that fits the process and compare it with the starting point.
