What this site collects
The site has no advertising trackers configured. Contact inquiries use your email app. Newsletter signup collects your email address, the signup page, consent version and confirmation time. Cloudflare processes signup verification and stores confirmation and consent records; Resend delivers emails and manages newsletter subscriptions.
Newsletter subscriptions
Your address joins The Connected Brief only after confirmation. Confirmation links expire after 24 hours; unconfirmed requests are removed by the next daily cleanup. Confirmed consent records are retained while the newsletter operates, unless you request deletion. Subscriber Vault access uses one-use email links valid for 15 minutes and a secure, HttpOnly session cookie lasting up to seven days. Expired access requests and sessions are removed by the next daily cleanup. Current newsletter membership is checked before protected downloads. Short-lived keyed hashes are used for signup rate limits; raw IP addresses are not stored in the signup database. You can unsubscribe using the link in each newsletter, or contact PLVGIN about deletion of your information.
External resources
Fonts are requested from Google Fonts. The hosting service receives ordinary web requests needed to serve the site. External services operate under their own privacy policies.

Use the contact page to ask about information you have shared. Avoid submitting confidential client data, credentials, or sensitive records in an initial inquiry.
