What we build / 005

Useful AI habits.
A team that knows what to check.

Practical sessions and guidance built around everyday work, so people can use AI with a clearer purpose.

AI Adoption & Training

Start with the work,
then choose the tools.

A new AI tool does not automatically become a useful part of the working day. Teams need to know what it is for, how to check its output, and what information belongs in it.

01

A better starting point

Choose everyday tasks where a draft, summary or information search could be useful.

02

Practice with real work

Use approved examples, compare the output with the original task and discuss what needs changing.

03

Keep the learning usable

Leave the team with clear prompts, review habits and a named owner for the next steps.

What we build with you

A clear scope.
A useful handover.

Start with a few everyday tasks. Try practical examples, review the results together, and keep the guidance easy to use after the session.

The workflow, its owners and the next step when something stops—made clear for the people using it.

001

Understand the team’s work

Ask which tasks are repeated, which tools people already use and where they are unsure about AI.

002

Choose approved practice material

Select examples appropriate for the session and agree what information can be used in the chosen tools.

003

Try, compare and improve

Work through the task together. Check the output, improve the instructions and discuss what a useful result looks like.

004

Leave a practical playbook

Capture the prompts, examples and review steps the team can return to. Agree where questions and future changes should go.

People and systems

Make the handoff clear.

Agree what the system handles and where a person stays in control.

Your team

Judgement stays with people.

  • Choose appropriate information
  • Check accuracy and context
  • Approve important work before sharing

The system

Give the repeated work a home.

  • Prepare a draft or summary
  • Organise the supplied material
  • Offer options for the team to review

A few practical questions

Before we build.

We can start with the process, even if you are still deciding which kind of solution you need.

Let’s talk
Do we need technical experience?

The sessions can start with everyday tasks and familiar tools. We shape the examples around the team using them.

Which AI tools do you cover?

We choose tools around the task and your existing setup. That can include ChatGPT, Claude or meeting assistants, with the relevant account features checked before the session.

Is training the same as a custom implementation?

Training helps the team use tools and review their output. Connecting systems or building an unattended workflow is a separate scope that we can discuss if needed.
